At Hello Bright we respect the privacy of our visitors/customers, which is extremely important to us. We take your online safety seriously. To better serve you and to make you understand how your information is used on our site, we have explained our privacy policy below.

1. The information we collect
We believe it’s important for you to know what types of information we collect when you use our site. The information includes your Email, Name, Company Name, Street Address, Post Code, City, Country, Telephone Number, Password and so on. We collect this information in several different ways; we use cookies that are needed to compile and aggregate non-personally identifiable information about the visitors to our web site or we ask you to fill out fields with your information.

2. Registration and ordering
During registration, you will be prompted to provide us your name, shipping and billing address, phone number and email address. These types of personal information are used for billing purposes, to fulfill your orders, to communicate with you about your order and our site, and for internal marketing purposes. If we encounter a problem when processing your order, we may use the personal information you provide us with to contact you.

3. Privacy Security
We will not sell (or trade or rent) personally identifiable information to other companies as part of our regular course of business. We use the latest in encryption technology, and all employees that we do hire have to sign a confidentiality agreement that forbids them from disclosing any information to which the employee has access, to other individuals or entities.
What kind of email do you send to the customer?
We send email content to our customers that may include the following:
Order confirmation, payment confirmation, shipping notification (with or without tracking numbers), weekly deals, special offers including coupons, promotional activities, giveaways and other activities.


If the product received presents any sort of issue, it is important you contact us within 3 days of receiving the order so a replacement or refund can be organized.

Problem with the products received:
Faulty products can be returned to Hello Bright if they have the following types of quality issues: stains, faulty cables, obvious color difference, broken product, wrong product or a major difference between the product photo and the product received.

Out of stock:
Some popular items may be out of stock or there may be insufficient products to fully complete the order during order processing. Our Customer Service staff will notify you within 3 business days and provide you with a status update. Customers are eligible to ask for a Full Refund in the event of not receiving an email notification.

Missing items
We will provide a reshipping service in the event of missing or wrongly shipped accessories, a partial refund on the item fare is offered in the event of accessories being unavailable for reshipping. Please be sure to open the parcel and check that all contents are present and correct so you can inform us within 3 days of receiving the order if parts or accessories are missing or wrong.

Wrong items
We will exchange your product in cases where the purchased product does not match the item ordered. For instance, it is not the color that you ordered (perceived color differences due to your computer monitor will not be exchanged), or the item you received does not match the style that you ordered.

Returning an item:
If you experience any of the above problems, please contact us immediately at hello@priscillem1.sg-host.com with “Return Request” in the subject heading so we can assist you promptly. Please provide us with the following information:
a. The original order number
b. The reason for the return
c. Photographs clearly showing the problem with the item
d. Details of the requested replacement item: the item number, the name and color
e. Your shipping address and phone number

Once a Customer Service staff as authorized the return, you may return the package to the designated shipping address. All returned items must be received within 10 days of receiving the order and the products must be unused, in original condition and re-saleable. You can be asked to cover the shipping fee for the package return. Please note that if you post your return back to our online store, you must cover the postage charges.



The average processing time is approximately 1 business day; however, please note that the processing time can also be affected by the stock status of individual items, the time of the year, national holidays, etc.
